Empire is a collective of independent professionals in a 1929 building in downtown Billings. You run your own business here. You set your own prices, keep your own clients and work the hours you want to work. Our job is to keep the room worth working in.

How renting works
We rent by the days of the week you want, full time or part time, and we also do single days. The more days you take, the better the rate.

Rent is the only price we set. Your service pricing, your schedule, your product lines and your clients are yours.
See the monthly rates below, then ask about the days and space you want. Rent is billed monthly, and we ask for a month of notice either way.

Choose your days. See your monthly price.
Each monthly amount reserves the selected number of recurring days every week. You set your own service prices and keep your own clients. Ask about current availability and occasional single-day use.

All prices are per month. For example, a hair station for the same two days each week is $259 per month. The discount on the total increases by 7.5 percentage points for each additional recurring day, reaching 30% for five days. Ask about availability and pricing for an additional day.
Hair station: Chair, mirror and lockable cart. Nail room: Private room with pedicure chair, nail desk and lighting. Lash and brow station: Bed and lighting.

That works because we agree on a few things. We keep our own stations and the shared spaces clean. We start on time. We speak well of each other in front of clients. And we take a disagreement to Carla rather than to the room.
We are not trying to fill every chair. We are looking for the right few people.
